“Moving is a privilege, make sure you do.”

What to expect on your first Chiropractic visit

A thorough taking of your medical case history that goes beyond just me asking about your current complaint/pain.

I will also ask questions about your family’s health history, sleep habits/patterns, diet, and overall health review because I care about you as a complete individual.

After taking your information, we  will subsequently do a physical assessment that includes vitals, and orthopedic and neurological exams that will provide us with a better picture of your health and help reach a diagnosis.

Following the physical assessment, a treatment appropriate for you will commence. Following this, lifestyle modification, exercise plan, and education on how to help yourself at home will be discussed

We may order blood tests or x-rays for you and refer you to another healthcare practitioner if necessary, depending on your condition.
